Submitting an order
By ordering, you confirm that checkout details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. Legitimate operational grounds—including suspected fraud, failed payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical errors or legal restrictions—may require us to decline or cancel an order.
Product details and availability
We aim to present phone accessories accurately. Screens, lighting, manufacturing variation and other reasonable factors may produce minor appearance differences. Genuine pricing, description, stock or technical errors may be corrected. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will explain it and the available resolution.
Checkout price and payment
Before submission, checkout displays prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes and the final total. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. Successful authorization and applicable fraud or security checks are required.
Processing and delivery
Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, extending to a maximum of 5 business days during holidays, promotions or unusually high demand. Standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Checkout calculates and displays shipping charges. Our facilities or designated fulfillment partners may fulfill orders according to stock availability, product location and destination.
Returns and refunds
Eligible goods may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Following receipt and inspection of an approved return, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method and generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation before fulfillment
Contact support promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests; cancellation cannot be assured once fulfillment or shipping starts. Successful cancellation before fulfillment does not incur a cancellation fee.
A problem with your goods
For damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods, provide your order details and relevant photos or videos. We will review the issue and offer a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.
Promotional conditions
Offers may have eligibility criteria, expiry dates, product restrictions or other conditions stated with the promotion.

These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
