Your return period
An eligible item may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Preparing an eligible item
A standard return should generally be unused and in its original condition, with original parts and accessories. Include original packaging where reasonably possible and valid proof of purchase or relevant order information.
Start with a request
Before posting an item, email service@waoij.com with your order number, the item to be returned and your reason. Add photographs or videos where relevant.
Use the address supplied for your return
Our business registration address is not an automatic return destination. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, customer support will provide the correct return warehouse address and instructions.
Responsibility for postage
For eligible change-of-mind or other preference-based returns unrelated to a product or fulfillment problem, the customer generally pays return shipping. If a product or fulfillment error causes a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution without additional costs to you arising from that error.
Receipt and inspection
After a returned item arrives, it may be inspected to confirm that the applicable eligibility requirements have been met.
How a refund reaches you
For an approved return, eligible refunds go back to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Our processing generally takes 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Report an item problem
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods. Supply the order number and relevant photographs or videos. We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return arrangement.
Requesting cancellation
Email service@waoij.com promptly if you wish to cancel. We will make a reasonable effort to honor requests received before fulfillment starts. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. A successfully canceled order before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.
