Preparation before dispatch
Allow 2–4 business days for normal order processing after successful payment confirmation. Holiday periods, promotions or unusually high demand may extend processing to a maximum of 5 business days. This preparation period is separate from transit.
U.S. delivery estimates
Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally 10–15 business days from dispatch. These are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Destination, carrier operations, customs where relevant, weather, seasonal demand and other transport circumstances can affect arrival.
Review shipping charges
Checkout shows available delivery methods and their applicable charges before payment. Review the shipping amount before submitting your purchase.
Where fulfillment takes place
Inventory availability, product location and destination determine whether an order is fulfilled by our facilities or designated fulfillment partners. A shipment may therefore originate somewhere other than our business registration address.
Follow your shipment
After dispatch, available tracking details are normally supplied by email or the applicable order-tracking method. Carrier scans may take a reasonable time to appear.
When movement stops
If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period or delivery seems unusually delayed, email service@waoij.com with your order number. We will examine available shipment details and, as appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to identify a reasonable next step.
A parcel cannot be found
Contact us with the order number and available tracking details if a parcel appears lost. For a parcel marked delivered, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception, household members, neighbors and carrier notices first. If it remains missing, ask customer support to review the circumstances.
Correcting an address
Please enter complete, accurate shipping details at checkout. Notify support promptly if you discover an error. Changes cannot be assured after fulfillment or shipment begins.
Separate parcels
Inventory availability or product location may occasionally require an order to travel in multiple shipments. Separate tracking details may be supplied.
